How to Order and Pay?

All the products in this site is PRE-ORDER products, otherwise stated. It means that Kozzy Closet will produce the shoes based on your order, and it may takes sometimes for the shoes to be ready. The production time for each order takes 14 working days, and production starts on Monday for every batch.
All the products in this site is real Kozzy Closet handmade shoes. Therefore these photographs are belong to Kozzy Closet.

Please include all the details that you want to be included in your shoes. We don’t accept returns which is due to size, color, or model mistakes from you.
To order, directly fill in the order form
To order your own custom shoes (design and choose materials for your own shoes!), fill the form in “Make Your Own Custom Shoes” page
Kozzy Closet will respond to your order by sending back the total price (price plus shipping costs) you need to pay. Payment can be made through bank transfer using BCA and Bank Mandiri account. You only need to pay 50% for down payment, and the rest will be needed to be paid when your Kozzy Closet pair is ready.

Once you are done transferring the down payment, you can go to confirmation page in this menu. You can also text/email/call us directly.
Kozzy Closet will only process your order once you confirm the DP payment.
Kozzy Closet will only send your order after the rest of the payment is fully paid, including the shipping cost.
